Reporting to the Integrated Production Director you will create impact within our team and capability._ _We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.

You'll contribute by working on one of our fastest growing accounts, with a focus on collaboration and new ideas with a global technology corporation on Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered projects, including Localisation i.e. transcreation and adaptation of existing creative materials, and copy validation management. You will be project lead, working with Client Management, Content Management (language) and our Production team. As the Integrated Producer, you will manage the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, overseeing production workflows, and delivery for localised digital assets. You will also work directly with clients to project manage ,quality delivery of our copy validation services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- You will have experience working in marketing. Experience working with an enterprise-level technology client
- Mastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates and managing production resourcing
- Budget management skills, monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects
- Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, working with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
- You will change client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details
- Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone possible effects for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience within a digital marketing, creative, or production agency
- English proficiency
- Proficiency_ _with project management software tools and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with digital/video formats and software eg. Figma, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience working on client accounts that integrate and utilise Gen AI will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, working with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
- Can work globally, understanding time zone possible effects for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
