The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and activities at the worksite, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively to successfully manage client cases. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams, timelines, and resources effectively. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and deadlines.

**Compensation**:
$25,000/month MXN to start

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with worksite standards, protocols, government regulations, and safety requirements.
- Supervise the on-site team, providing direction, feedback, and support while conducting daily briefings to outline goals, priorities, and schedules, as well as any safety measures.
- Address and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly, escalating to management as needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure work quality meets expectations, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, incidents, progress, and challenges, ensuring detailed documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and team members to maintain workflow efficiency, optimizing resource allocation to minimize waste and prevent delays.
- Manage the delivery, storage, and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for team members, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support project and company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing on-site operations or projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, for stakeholder updates.
- Basic technical proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsft and Google Workspace, and basic technology
- Previous experience in client and stakeholder management.
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and shifting priorities.
