El objetivo de la posición **Project Engineer Civil/Architecture **es desarrollar, coordinar e implementar proyectos de capital en base a requerimientos de la compañía. Generación de especificaciones técnicas, selección y compra de equipos relativos o Obras Civiles/Arquitectónicas, seguimiento a procesos de construcción y de remodelación. Coordinar procesos de aceptación, desarrollo de layout de planta, planeación, instalación, elaboración de alcances electrónicos para la construcción (catálogos de conceptos), seguimiento y supervisión de campo, coordinación de capacitación y generación de documentación de validación del proyecto.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Evaluar, analizar e implementar los proyectos.
- Elaborar la información detallada de respaldo de cada proyecto.
- Administrar tiempos y recursos de proyectos.
- Coordinar con áreas de soporte para la ejecución de proyectos (Calidad, Seguridad, Compras, Finanzas).
- Dar soporte a la validación de proyectos.
- Controlar ingresos y salidas de activos de proyectos.
- Cumplir los requerimientos y estándares de seguridad.
- Supervisar la calidad de los trabajos durante la ejecución de proyectos. Incluye rolar turnos cuando sea necesario.
- Aplicar los estándares de Factory Performance y Reliability.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto o campo relacionado.
- 2 años de experiência en proyectos industriales.
- Conocimiento en seguridad e higiene.
- Conocimientos en selección de maquinaria para productos sanitariamente sensibles.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Manejo de Office, Microsoft Project Manager y diseño en CAD.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de calidad.
- Desarrollo de proyectos.
- Experiência en manejo de contratistas.
