Jefatura de Automatizacion

Propósito del puesto: Liderar la estrategia de automatización y digitalización de la planta, asegurando el crecimiento tecnológico, la actualización de sistemas de control, la seguridad operativa y el mantenimiento del software de manufactura. Su rol es clave para garantizar operaciones eficientes, seguras y alineadas con los objetivos de innovación y excelencia operativa de Heineken.

Actividades:

- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de automatización y digitalización a corto, mediano y largo plazo para la planta.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los sistemas automatizados, alineados con los estándares globales de Heineken.
- Supervisar al equipo técnico de automatización, promoviendo su desarrollo técnico y profesional.
- Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua, TPM y sustentabilidad tecnológica.

Perfil requerido:

- Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Automatización o afín.
- Experiência liderando proyectos de automatización, digitalización o migración tecnológica.
- Liderazgo técnico y estratégico
- Planeación y gestión de proyectos
- Comunicación efectiva y colaboración multidisciplinaria
- Enfoque en innovación y mejora continua
- Nível de inglés avanzado
