Sr Data Engineer with Talend

Right now, we are looking for **Data Engineers with Databricks** to join our team at Globant

- Develop and integrate solutions using Talend and/or DataBricks.
- Analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document, and maintain data flows.
- Collaborate with the team to meet established deadlines, especially for processing files with complex business rules before December.
- Work with Talend Integration for connecting to sources and Talend Studio as the IDE and GUI.
- Participate in the design and development of data integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing data flows.
- Collaborate effectively within a team of 12 to 15 people, including a Tech Lead, architects, and other data specialists.

**_What would help you succeed:_**
- 5+ Years of experience in similar positions.
- Proven experience in **Talend Cloud,** including Talend Integration and Talend Studio.
- Solid knowledge of **DataBricks (4+ Years of experience)**:

- Strong skills in **SQL.**:

- Knowledge in **Python**; Java is a plus.
- Experience with Informatica **OnPrem** is valued, but not essential.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to solve technical and data integration problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Proactivity and problem-solving focus.
- **Advanced English (B2+)**
