- Description & RequirementsThe Operations Project Manager will lead and manage data-driven projects within the Customer Success operations team to ensure they meet business objectives and deadlines. This person will support business initiatives by gathering requirements from business leaders and cross-functional teams, developing detail project plans for execution with a team of analysts, driving progress from all leaders, stakeholders, and resources and identifying areas of risk to ensure project success. The Operations Project Manager will also promote a culture of continuous improvement in project management and operational processes.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and project success criteria.
- Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from business leaders for analytical projects that are clear, feasible, and aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including plans, timelines, and budgets for analytical initiatives.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate discussions and provide regular updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, and outcomes.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance of analytical results and dashboards. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in project management and analytical processes.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience working in Project Management or Analytics.
- Experience as a Project Manager in analytical projects.
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional analytical projects.
- Understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Familiar with business metrics used in operations and technology companies.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Project management (e.g., PMP).
