**Influencer Marketing Director**

**Requirements**:

- +10 years of experience in a public relations or Influencer Marketing agency.
- English language proficiency (essential).
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Knowledge in Influencer Marketing strategies.
- Event planning and execution.
- Demonstrated experience working with regional Teams.
- Familiarity with Influencer reporting and campaign tools.
- Experienced in crisis management.
- Knowledgeable of market trends in all industries.
- Be passionate and expert in all social networks.

**Activities**
- Creation, development and coordination of influencer marketing strategies.
- Provide direction to regional teams.
- Lead the LatAm influencers strategy, creating programs that generate brand warmth, generation of business value, developing and fostering customer relationships.
- Efficient management of each project (budgetary control, billing and collection).
- Train and develop the internal team.
- Present and train on global measurement and reporting,
- Drive, track and report on key KPIs including reach, engagement and conversions by campaign.
- Identify new partnerships and innovative initiatives from influencers and creators that support and amplify broader marketing campaigns as well as experiential activations.
- Be at the forefront in understanding marketing trends, culture and social networks.
- Search and growth of business opportunities within the group.
