**Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)****Location**: Mexico (Remote)**Salary**: USD 600-700 / MXN 12,292-14,341(Salary includes influencer marketing duties and advance payment support)**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Remote**Key Responsibilities**:- **Influencer Marketing Campaigns**:- Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.- Identify outreach and collaborate with key influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring terms and deliverables are met.- Manage influencer relationships, ensuring smooth communication and performance tracking.- Analyze influencer content and performance metrics to ensure KPIs and ROI are achieved.- **Content Strategy & Coordination**:- Work with the creative team to develop content strategies and briefs for influencer collaborations.- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.- Coordinate influencer content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts, stories, and other content.- **Market Research**:- Conduct research to identify emerging influencers and market trends.- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.- **ps**:- Support the advance payment process for influencer campaigns (these payments will be managed and settled within your salary).**Requirements**:- **Experience**:- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.- Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube and influencer marketing trends).- **Skills**:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, or influencer marketing software.- **Language**:- Fluency in Portuguese and English.- **Location**:- based in Mexico.**Benefits**:- Professional Growth: Opportunity to grow in the digital marketing field with a focus on influencer strategies.- Remote Work: Work from anywhere in Brazil with flexible working hours.- Supportive Team: Collaborate with an international team of marketers and creatives.Pay: $12,292.00 - $14,341.00 per monthWork Location: In person
