**Responsibilities**
- Develop creative concepts for themed images.
- Research and incorporate various styles, trends, and cultural references.
- Generate images for situational concepts (ex. children’s birthday party).
- Use **Midjourney** to create and develop images according to project themes.
- Edit and enhance images in **Photoshop**, making necessary adjustments to backgrounds, fixing anomalies, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Utilize generative fills and prompts to correct and enhance image elements.
- **Midjourney proficiency**, adjusting settings, and creating preferences to match desired themes.
- Use **Vary Region** in Midjourney to make alterations to image details such as fingers, hands, and expressions.
- Work closely with the creative director to align project visions
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality.
- Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements to images.
- **Create and manage JPG files** in original sizes and reduced versions for various platforms.
- Ensure all deliverables are prepared and uploaded according to project specifications and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **AI Creative Technician or similar role**, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in **Midjourney** and **Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of **visual design principles and techniques**.
- Ability to think **creatively** and translate concepts into engaging images.
- Attention to detail and a **keen eye for quality**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with various 80s and 90s cultural references and trends.
- **Strong sense of humor** and ability to incorporate fun elements into designs.
- Flexibility and vision to create diverse and relatable images for a wide audience.
