**This position reports to**:
Trade & Transportation Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions function in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: - Administration of Annex 24, manage temporal imports and due dates. - Manage import and export records. - Preparing and updating the reports for tax authority. - Coordinating activities with different areas in the organization to get information for inventory control system. - Working with brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits, and preparing proper documentation. - Develop improvement projects that impact directly to the logistics processes and savings balance. - Aiding the development and implementation of improved processes and systems and maintaining the master data.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in Trade Compliance activities and Annex 24 in manufacturing industry.
- Advanced English.
- Use of ERP Tool (SAP) is desirable.
- Import and Export files management experience.
