We are looking for a M&A Analyst to join our Finance team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. Main Activities:
- Work alongside the area in the analysis and valuation of investment projects.
- Perform analysis of debt, cash flow and financial statements.
- Actively participate in due diligence, negotiation and execution processes.
- Make presentations of results to the C-Level.
- Manage investment risks by analyzing capital returns and managing the portfolio.
- Develop KPIs related to investment and performance benchmarks.
What are we looking for:
- 4+ years of professional experience in investment / financial technology.
- Experience in desirable service companies.
- Deep understanding of the principles of finance and investment management.
- Advanced English level.
