UPM Raflatac is looking for a Customer Service Manager located in Mexico City.

What you will do- Team Building and Strategy Implementation: Construct and manage a customer service team in Mexico City, leveraging UPM Raflatac's tools and strategies to serve all Americas.- Leadership and Resource Optimization: Guide proactive activities and manage resources efficiently for optimal customer service.- Performance Management: Handle Personal Performance Review processes, establish targets, and promote team growth.- Strategic Alignment: Ensure customer service strategies align with company objectives.- Project Engagement: Participate in and implement relevant sales and customer experience projects.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Customer Experience teams and other company departments.

Who you are- Experienced in Team Management: Skilled in building and leading customer service teams, especially within the Americas.- Customer Service Expertise: Proficient in customer service standards and optimization.- Strategic Thinker: Capable of analyzing and aligning customer service operations with company goals.- Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with a focus on team support and development.- Effective Communicator: Strong in conveying strategies and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration.- Performance Management: Adept in conducting reviews and setting performance targets.
