**Sourcing Specialist**

The Sourcing specialist will develop, implement, and measure all the lighting products on regards the supply chain of BU such as Focal Point, Pinnacle and all the lighting business needs of Legrand Business Sectors, Business Units, and Corporation. This role involves develop supplier based for the lighting products, follow up strategies of cost reduction with Mexican and cO2 activities, YOY, PPV, price management. As support on purchase orders on lighting business and follow up invoice and arrival of the products.

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing direct parts, purchasing or supply chain skills prefer to have strong knowledge on lighting sector
- **Visa and passport.**:

- **Advanced English.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. ISM/APICS affiliation or certification a plus.
- Proven experience in commodity management, negotiation, and supply chain strategy.
- Strong understanding of metal mechanical industry.
- Strong understanding of Corporate and Social Responsibility associated with Procuring Electronics, Plastics, Stamping, Fasteners.
- Must be willing to travel (20-30%)
- Foster effective relationships with Business Unit Management.
- Capable to drive results working cross functionally and across the divisions, influencing others at all levels of the organization

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and measure a lighting Strategy and Business plan.
- Demonstrate expertise in assigned supply development and supply chain management.
- Adhere to Global Commodity infrastructure supporting LNCA’s business and growth plans.
- Develop the supply base of lighting to exceed goals and objectives.
- Ensure the commodity supply base adheres to LNCA’s standards of Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Market LNCA’s Supply Chain Management expertise internally and externally.
- Negotiate supplier contracts.
- Place Purchase Orders and follow up materials.
- Maximize purchase leverage for the best total cost of ownership.
- Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
- Set annual goals and objectives for lighting business.
- Follow up and implement the products on Plant Monterrey with support of Quality and Engineering for validation on products.
- Ensure the format for Quality and Sourcing are fulfill from supplier.
