Raw Material We are looking for a position in the Raw Material/Import area: Support in price management, new part development, supplier control, and key KPIs saves money to support increased company profits. Key Activities/Elements Price Management Price control for raw material parts register on our LG system using for daily production Yearly Plan for saving money, searching prices more competitive History price control in order to determinate which price not changes in the last years Input new price or price changes on system due to other department requirement External Factor Management To learn more about materials, inventory management, purchasing, or a similar field New Parts Development FPA Control, (New parts development, supplier change, structure change) ECO Control, all changes or improvement for make more efficiency our production line or get price more competitive Localization Activities, mold investment or local supplier development Supplier Environment Control of Supplier Quantity (Request countermeasure in case of some QA Requirement) Global Sourcing, price comparative from all subsidiaries in order to select better price and better supplier, making comparative between all subsidiaries Production Capacity control for each supplier Apply penalty for supplier how don't control good quality or good performance (Reduce volume or request some amount) Ensure that the materials must not be restricted and must not originate from conflict zones. Conduct inspections or audits to validate supplier compliance with the HQ requirements. Skills and abilities University: Biz. Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Biz. 5 year of experience in Raw Material area. Supplier Control Sourcing and Purchasing activity Knowledge for make Report and goof excel control English / Intermediate – Advance (Spoken and written)
