Company Description

Wonderful Pistachios, the world’s leading pistachio brand, has a unique growth opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator in Mexico City. This position will be critical to planned growth of pistachio category as Wonderful Pistachios redoubles its efforts to promote healthy snack options for the Mexico consumer.

**Job Description**:

- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries
- Protect brand image and reliability
- Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices
- Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization
- Oversee freight forwarder and international transportation
- Maintain working knowledge of Import/Export compliance procedures
- Manage inventory levels based on sales forecast and supply lead times to ensure optimized balance between warehouse cost and on time customer delivery
- Manage inventory level reports and analyze results; optimize on-hand stock levels in effort to decrease cost-to-serve and increase efficiency of stock holdings
- Coordinate with Finance for monthly inventory reconciliation
- Prepare and communicate reports on supply chain performance
- Continuously pursue supply chain improvement projects
- Regulatory compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five years’ experience in relevant field
- Bilingual English required
- University Degree
- Working knowledge of Import/Export compliance procedures is required
- Able to achieve results within a consistently evolving environment
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Proficient at senior management communication
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision making skills
- Advanced Excel skills
