Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management
Consulting or Finance.
- Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
- Experience developing problem-solving models using spreadsheet software.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish fluently to support client and stakeholder relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience executing complex operational initiatives along with excellent problem-solving and program management skills.
- Experience with annual business planning processes, territory management and quota development.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.

As part of the Google Cloud Platform Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team, you will use a data-driven approach for decision making and drive understanding of our fast growing business. In this role, you will combine your problem-solving skills and business accumen to help drive and develop the performance and strategy of our Google Cloud business to ensure long-term sustainable growth of our Google Cloud offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Influence executive-level decision making through insights into business decisions.
- Manage operational initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, and developing recommendations.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of business goals.
- Design scalable processes to minimize inefficiencies.
