**Overall Purpose of the Role**:
In this role you will enable the automation and information strategy and purpose of SCFS, working together with business partners, process experts and technology experts located all over the world.

You’ll be leading projects globally; initiatives that are either triggered by internal customers and stakeholders or driven by our own SCFS internal agenda.

As Global Capabilities Automation and Information Manager you will enable the SCFS strategy and purpose by fully maximizing the potential of technology.

You will be responsible to:

- Work together with stakeholders, process experts and technology experts located all over the world to achieve that.
- Drive, Lead and support the automation agenda, identifying and materializing opportunities globally for more effectiveness of processes through automation.
- Leverage your expertise in the automation and information area to drive business process improvements and address customer unmet needs partnering with stakeholders.
- Benchmark cross-cluster to spot and drive opportunities to harmonize or implement more efficient ways of working using technology.
- Lead the governance and decision-making process required to support/fund new initiatives.
- Deliver E2E on the technical deliverables of projects and provide guidance/coaching for OTIF Project delivery.
- Lead and develop a young and dynamic team of seven professionals - three direct reports and four dotted lines (virtual team).
- Be the technical spider in the web to align and partner with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, to finally contribute to the SCFS purpose.
