**Role Description**

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and startup-minded **Brand Ambassador, Marketing & Growth** to support the strategic visibility and positioning of the Visionarys brand.

This role goes beyond traditional brand representation. We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved, contribute ideas, support marketing and social media efforts, and collaborate across different areas of the business as the company continues to grow.

**Responsibilities**

**Branding & Positioning**
- Represent Visionarys in a professional manner aligned with the company’s brand and values.
- Propose and execute initiatives to increase brand visibility and recognition.
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning, partnerships, collaborations, and events.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.

**Marketing & Social Media**
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Assist with social media management (content ideas, scheduling, basic engagement).
- Propose creative content aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Analyze performance of content and campaigns to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, and digital communication initiatives.

**Growth & Strategy**
- Contribute ideas to support brand and business growth.
- Participate in strategic discussions with the team.
- Support commercial and visibility initiatives when needed.

**Startup Culture**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in branding, marketing, social media, or communication (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and content platforms.
- **Intermediate or advanced English.**:
