In this role you will support the Manufacturing Category Tactical Sourcing Manager to develop and deliver a 3 Years strategy for P2P (Purchase or PO) focusing upon Negotiation, Standardization, Efficient process, Stakeholder purchasing experience, Zero tolerance to Compliance, Capability utilization of ServiceNow (Case Management) and Automated/Digital KPI monitoring through DPM (Daily Performance Monitoring)

**My Role**:

- Responsible to manage team of Manufacturing Category Buyers and drive consistent and effective execution of agreed performance metrics,
- Responsible to monitor delivery of the sourcing tactical process of Manufacturing for Aptiv site, taking into consideration category strategy, quality requirements, timeliness, customer satisfaction and costs
- Responsible to take appropriate actions to minimize bottle-necks and optimize sourcing tactical processes.
- Partner and support the yearly Kaizen/Continuous improvement roadmap for sourcing execution. Promote Aptiv Lean culture of Kaizen and ensure appropriate actions to implement identified Kaizens/improvements
- Partner and support to build brand value of Indirect SCM among stakeholders and ensure regular connect-up with key stakeholders through strong relationship management.
- Ensure leadership support towards Tactical & Strategic Sourcing initiatives for tail spend management, supplier rationalization and increase of Pre-sourced spend.
- Responsible to manage adherence of Aptiv SCM policies and procedures, maintain records of all sourcing activities and support internal or external audit.
- Responsible to resources development plan aligned with objective, employment planning of the team, maintaining a low attrition level and improving capability through effective hiring

**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**:
**Required (R)**:

- Bachelor or equivalent degree.
- 3-4 years relevant experience.
- Previous experience in supervising large teams.
- Experience in Manufacturing Categories (MRO/Consumables and M&E)
- Problem solving skills.
- Change management experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package especially PowerPoint, Project, MS Form and Excel.
- ** Communication skills and fluent with English language.**

**Preferred (P)**:

- Supply Chain Management experience
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience
- Leadership skills & analytical skills
- Knowledge in developing and implementing processes and procedures
