**This position reports to**:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, the Senior Production Scheduler is responsible for converting the supply plan into an executable Master Production Schedule (MPS), as well as overseeing PSI (Supply and Inventory Plan-ning) to ensure resource availability and product delivery timelines are met. This role integrates operational production scheduling with strategic planning to optimize production processes, resource coordination, and inventory management at both local and regional levels. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback. - Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan. - Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand. - Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelors Degree in industrial, mechatronics, electrical or similar engineerings.
- Experience in similar roles as master schedule planner / Production scheduler
- Experience in managing MRP & ERP SAP.
- Advanced excel level.
- Knowledge of electrical products.
- Advanced English level.
- MPS Planning: Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning production capacities with forecasts and customer demand to ensure resource and material availability.
- PSI Management: Oversee PSI (Supply and Inventory Planning) to ensure that inventory levels and production capacities align with forecasted demand, identifying potential bottlenecks or mismatches.
- Resource Optimization: Manage production workload by utilizing tools such as Theory of Con-straints (TOC) to enhance resource utilization and scheduling efficiency.
- Detailed Production Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed production schedules to maximize resource use, based on the master production plan.
