Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed.**This position reports to**:Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.- Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.- Integrates sales orders with master schedule; coordinates availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet delivery dates.- Maintains master distribution schedule; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.- Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and other related departments; leads additional planning meetings with sales, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service staff.- Negotiates slots availability for future projects with Sales team.- Reviews LT’s periodically and adjust as necessary, taking into consideration production capacity, orders and revenue forecast, and supply chain health and stability.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.- Advance Microsoft Excel skills - Proficient with production planning systems, such as SAP.- Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred.- 5 years of related experience.- English Advanced Level.**More about us**:
