**What will you be doing?**

The IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Technical Lead is a key contributor in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (S&P) organization. The IT S&P organization imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo’s ambitions and optimize value. The IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Technical Lead is responsible for leading the advancement of portfolio, project, and product management capabilities supporting traditional project management, investment planning, and digital product management. This role will partner closely with functional partners within IT as well as business partners including Corp S&T to provide demand management, portfolio, project, and product management services to the PepsiCo organization.
- Contributes to the development of the PPM product vision and value proposition
- Contributes to developing the PPM priorities and product roadmap
- Provides Clarity PPM solution architecture recommendations
- Collaborates with the PPM Product Owner and product customers to identify, define, develop, and deploy capabilities and solutions to address requirements and achieve desired customer outcomes
- Provides mentoring, best practices, and technical guidance for PPM Product team
- Reviews and validates solutions developed by the PPM Product team
- Contributes to backlog refinement sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date, prioritized backlog of clearly defined features/stories
- Resolves complex product defects and issues as needed

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of development experience with scripting languages, like JavaScript; GEL scripting experience preferred
- 7+ years of experience with SQL
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in defining and building solutions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) experience preferred
- Experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM
