Currently we are looking for our next:
**IT Strategy and Transformation Specialist**

**What will you be doing?**

The IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Product Specialist is a key contributor in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (S&P) organization. The IT S&P organization imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo’s ambitions and optimize value. The IT Strategy and Portfolio PPM Product team is responsible for leading the advancement of portfolio, project, and product management capabilities supporting traditional project management, investment planning, and digital product management. This role will partner closely with functional partners within IT as well as business partners including Corp S&T to provide demand management, portfolio, project, and product management services to the PepsiCo organization.
- Contributes to the development of the PPM product vision and value proposition
- Contributes to developing the PPM priorities and product roadmap
- Contributes insights to support product decisions and clearing development roadblocks
- Collaborates with product customers to identify, define, and develop capabilities and solutions to address requirements and achieve desired customer outcomes
- Contributes to backlog refinement sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date, prioritized backlog of clearly defined features/stories
- Contributes to driving the execution process within the agile development teams
- Contributes to engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, technical architects, and engineering to develop the best solution options

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of related IT portfolio management experience
- 2 years of product management or related experience
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
- Significant experience in customer
- and user-facing roles, including but not limited to a combination of interviewing, meeting facilitation, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to lead a constructive retrospective session with respect to processes, tools, practices and outcomes
- Demonstrated success in defining and building products
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English

Differentiating Competencies (Not required)
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) Product Manager / Product Owner
- Experience with Broadcom Clarity
- Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) approach
