**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Implement and manage EHS programs in accordance with national and international standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, safety drills, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Lead risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and mitigation strategies for unsafe conditions and environmental impacts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Emerson Tool’s corporate EHS policies.
- Coordinate and maintain compliance of critical areas such as chemical storage, hazardous materials handling, and PPE usage.
- Conduct training programs for technical, administrative, and operational staff on safety and environmental standard methodologies.
- Keep track of EHS important metrics and produce reports to aid the Leadership Team in data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects passionate about machine safety, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Environmental, Safety Engineering or a related field.
2 year of proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Mexican environmental and occupational safety regulations.
Hands-on experience with SAFETY STANDARS, and LOTO programs.
Experience leading audits and managing regulatory compliance processes.
Conversational English level
Strong leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and training skills.
