**Quality Supervisor**
**As Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and manage the Q&FS programs, as well as ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and legal requirements. This position is responsible for supervising, coaching and mentoring Quality Analyst and for providing direction through ongoing performance feedback, to ensure compliance with all quality specifications. You will ensure effective food safety and quality compliance and work across functional teams to implement programs to mitigate risk, also you will maintain updated the Q&FS documentation system and support and manage Q&FS incidents investigations and follow-up plan executions.**

**Bonus Points**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Food or Chemical Engineering, or Business-related with technical experience in:
- Create and supervise standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, corporate policies.
- Lead and follow up investigations and improvement of quality issues such as costumer complaints, specification deviations, and/or product process challenges, through collaboration with multifunctional teams.
- Assist in the coordination of testing or new projects involving all product storage and shipping process.
- Participate in all regulatory audits and inspections, follow-up and coordinate the execution of the action plans in case of non-conformities generated from audits, inspections and ensuring close the opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate Q&FS trainings for current and new employees.
- Summarize and report Quality data derivate from Quality Analyst inspections.
- Implement and Improvement of Golden 6 culture.
- Supplier Management.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Understanding of SAP.
- Intermediate English.
