Lead Project Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled **Lead Project Administrator**to join our team and take charge of managing and supporting project activities.
In this role, you will oversee team responsibilities, assign tasks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. You will also play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, driving efficiency, and achieving successful project outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee team tasks and delegate responsibilities according to client-defined priorities
- Monitor task progress and provide regular updates on outcomes
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, program managers, and collaborators
- Assist the Program Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and team management responsibilities
- Support the team and Program Manager in resolving escalations, addressing complex issues, and managing daily operations
- Evaluate operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve common issues while offering clear and actionable resolutions
- Respond to inquiries from members, ensuring accurate and helpful responses
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and user guides
- Develop and organize a knowledge base of resources for both community members and internal teams
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in project administration or a related field, preferably in community management, marketing, or developer relations
- A minimum of one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Experience overseeing small
- to medium-sized teams
- Strong skills in problem-solving and issue resolution
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting online communities and delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a B2+ level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar software
- Experience participating in or organizing communities, such as NGOs, student organizations, or technology groups
