Transformation Manager

**Position**:GDC Transformation - Implementation Manager

**What you’ll do?**
- Prioritize and manage the roll-out of GDC Blueprint across Enabling Functions for achieving operational efficiencies, productivity gains & rationalized costs
- Establish a clear and common understanding of the GDC Transformation objectives and goals
- Liaise with key stakeholders and SMEs to document as-is processes, identified gaps and syndicate recommendations
- Create a detailed transformation journey indicating the key milestones and customize the transition in various phases/milestones
- Develop Project Plans, agree milestones and establish critical success factors
- Support in implementation of the transformation initiatives by putting together a robust project governance framework
- Identify and escalate any risks and issues emerging around the implementation and put in place mitigation actions
- Develop strategies to achieve best fit future-state, and establish the implementation roadmap
- Support leadership and work with leaders of different Enabling Functions towards adoption of the GDC Blueprint as well as to align the required support needed for execution
- Work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Flexible and agile enough to navigate local nuances while retaining key principles in accordance with the GDC Blueprint
- Influences people and Business Lines on issues related to the overall transformation program
- Accountable for results of the GDC Transformation project implementation
- Interfaces directly with executive management

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree;
- 10+ years of work experience in program management, Strategy or change management;
- Strong Leadership skills; organizational skills; change and stakeholder management skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
- Must be able to work under ambiguity and demonstrate a level maturity while under pressure;
- Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;
