OBJETIVO:
Coordinar las actividades con el equipo interdisciplinario para la liberación de PPAP, respuestas de 8ds para solución de problemas promoviendo la atención al cliente, trabajo enfocado hacia la calidad, los resultados y la mejora continua, buscando siempre la reducción de costos en nuestra área.

ACTIVIDADES:

- Cotizar nuevos negocios.
- Administrar negocios existentes,.
- Garantizar que APG esté incluido en todos los proyectos de abastecimiento de clientes.
- Utilizar sistemas de clientes y APG.
- Administrar pronósticos de ventas y actividades presupuestarias.
- Atención a reclamaciones con el cliente, coordinación de actividades con residentes de planta
- Liderazgo en la realización de análisis de 8d´s por reclamaciones internas y externas
- Participación en mejoras y eventos kaizen
- Coordinación y liderazgo para auditorias del cliente VDA 6.3, GMSA, 5 Stars, etc.
- Reporte mensual de PPMS´S del cliente
- Identificar, evaluar y controlar los aspectos e impactos ambientales del departamento
- Conocer y aplicar los procedimientos en materia ambiental y de seguridad inherentes de la actividad o al puesto
- Revisión periódica de portales de clientes
- Realizar las actividades necesarias para apoyar el cumplimiento y la aplicación de la normativa CTPAT y TISAX en la empresa.
- Identificar, evaluar y notificar peligros detectados, así como dar seguimiento a las acciones tomadas
