At _**WAVE AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS MEXICO**_, a startup company, we are seeking your talent:As a **Quality Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control and management processes to ensure established standards are met. Your daily duties will include implementing quality systems, supervising quality-related personnel, and conducting internal audits. This is a full-time position and will be performed on-site at our facilities located in Tres Naciones Industrial Park, San Luis Potosí, SLP.**Requirements.**- _**ADVANCED ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL**_- More than 4 years of experience in Automotive Industry- Bachelor Degree in Industrial engineering or Similar- **Professional Skills**: Familiar with QC Seven Tools, MSA, PPAP, etc.- **Soft Skills**: Communication and coordination skills, data analysis skills, stress resistance.- **Industry Knowledge**: Requires knowledge of relevant industry standards.**Responsibilities.**- Quality Management System (QMS) Construction and Maintenance- Quality Process Control- Quality Issue Handling and Improvement- Team Management and Training- Cross-Departmental Collaboration- Compliance and Customer Requirement ManagementThe Quality Supervisor must balance the dual roles of "Supervisor" and "Driver," both strictly controlling quality and promoting cross-departmental collaboration for quality improvement.
