Production Supervisor

Oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost control requirements. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and evaluating production employees, fostering a safe and positive work environment, and managing daily attendance and payroll issues. The supervisor coordinates production plans, checks equipment readiness, and ensures efficient utilization of resources to meet customer demands while maintaining safety standards. Additionally, the role includes managing operational expenses, leading continuous improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree on Engineering or related
- 3+ years of production supervisor, process/manufacturing engineering or equivalent leadership position
- English (advanced)
- Ability to effectively manage a staff of 20+ employees
- Project management and presentation skills
- Demonstrate functional knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of basic geometric dimensioning & blueprint reading measuring techniques
- Knowledge of Quality Systems & Standards
