Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Advance Your Career as a Production Supervisor at Our Mexicali Plant**Join WK Kellogg Co and take the lead in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. As a **Production Supervisor**, you’ll guide your team to meet performance goals in safety, service, quality, and cost — while fostering a collaborative culture rooted in KIWS and focused on developing both technical and leadership capabilities.**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Manage shift resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure smooth operations.- Execute production and sanitation plans effectively and on time.- Monitor raw material usage and ensure efficient consumption.- Deliver AM Skill Matrix training and coach team members on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) practices.- Audit compliance with AM steps and support adherence to Standard Work protocols (visual boards, reports, daily meetings).- Lead workshops with equipment owners to drive ownership and accountability.- Provide AM coaching and monitor implementation across the team.- Maintain and update AM documentation and quality system records.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, ACRs, workshops).- Conduct Gemba walks to identify improvement opportunities on the shop floor.- Attend DDS meetings and follow AM-DMS procedures to support daily operations.Experiência y requisitos**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE**- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or acting supervisor in a manufacturing environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.- Conversational English skills (written and spoken).- A proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.Beneficios- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- caja de ahorro- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- uniforme- seguro de gastos médicos- utilidades garantizadas- servicios médicos en planta- regaderas- gimnasio**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Variable**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Rotativo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
