ACTIVIDADES
- Liderar la investigación de mercado y la gestión de bases de datos para informar las decisiones comerciales y de marketing.
- Elaborar e implementar planes de marketing específicos para el sector empresarial, con el objetivo de captar y retener clientes empresariales.
- Gestionar todos los aspectos de comunicación y diseño de marketing y manejo de marca.
- Mejorar la visibilidad online de la empresa a través de SEO y SEM.
- Análisis de herramientas de gestión de clientes, para idear tácticas que mejoren la adquisición, redención, retención y la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de marketing
- Encargado de comprender a fondo las necesidades, preferencias y comportamientos de los clientes para adaptar las estrategias de marketing de manera efectiva y mejorar la experiência del cliente.
- Gestionar la comunicación en todos los puntos de contacto
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para proporcionar el material de marketing necesario, la orientación estratégica y el soporte necesario para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y generar oportunidades de negocio.
