Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.** **Position Mission**: _Lead the Operations team of the natural gas marketer of ENGIE Mexico_ **Your Impact**: As Operations and Industrial Customer Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: - Lead the operation and back office activities: Motivate the team and support the development of its members. Promote a collaborative environment and work closely with internal customers (procurement, commercial, transport, finance and legal, compliance, etc ). - Prepare, design and deploy the back office activities, as invoicing, supplier’s payments, deal structuring and pricing revision, customer contract’s execution, new customers onboarding and data entry & management. Ensure all this activities are made promptly and timely through trackable KPis and under applicable regulation compliance. - Human Resources: Keep each team member well trained and motivated ,as well as, working closely through a sharing-knowledge environment that ensure a reliable business-continuity operation. - Oversee all data entry and deal structuring activities, making sure front office activities are complying with internal policies and external commitments. - Assure and deploy and accurate invoicing procedure that allows the company to comply with its contractual commitments and to ensure an streamlined operation. And be aligned on all digital tools provided. - Ensure all terms and conditions are followed as contractually agreed and make sure the personnel responsible for deal compliance have the expertise needed to accurately perform these activities also is responsible of the first client service contact **Requirements**: To join our team as Operations and Industrial Customer Service Manager, we are looking for: **Education**:Business Administration, Business Administration or Engineering. **Experience**: More than 3 years of experience in the administration of operations of energy trading companies. - Expertise in energy issues. - **Technical Skills**: [Technical skill 1, e.g., "Proficiency in..."] [Technical skill 2, e.g., "Experience with..."] **Key Competencies**: - Knowledge of the energy sector in Mexico. - Knowledge and proven expertise in back office activities. - Advanced analytical skills - Advanced communication and presentation skills (oral and written). - Negotiation skills. - Data analysis - Mastery of the MS Office suite. **Languages**: Advanced English (desirable) **Join us and be part of the adventure of the century** **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**: At ENGIE, we promote an environment where you feel free to give your best.
