Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deduce and document use cases from customer requirements
- Understanding of development effort and estimations; communicating progress to team managers.

Skills / Attributes Required
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
- Experience with API Managers like Mulesoft, Kong, ApiGee, Gravitee.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- An analytical mind*

- 3 - 5 years of work experience in IT development and delivery.
- Experience in customer-facing environments, with daily customer interaction.
- Familiar with Agile practices.
- Experience with both business and IT units
