The person filling this role should have working experience in to:- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and effective communication skills (written and verbal)- Technically inquisitive with progressive interest in modern engineering disciplines & techniques- Good understanding of Infrastructure and domain technology such as (Unix, Oracle, WAS, MQ, Control-m etc.)- Knowledge on SQL and Stored Procedures, preferably in Oracle database- Should have good understanding of Unix and Shell scripting- Should work in Americas time zone in support of Americas’ Global Payment Processing (GPS) and Real Time Payment Processing (RTP) platforms during Mexico shift.**Requirements**:**Calificaciones - Externas**- Able to work across multiple regions and coordinate and orchestrate support in-line with Quarterly release plan.- Provide technical/functional inputs based on business requirements- Work Experience 2 - 5 years.**Must have skill sets**:- Should have Strong analytical and Should have good communication skills.- Systematic problem-solving approach.- Technical support experience with Software and Production Release Management.**Good to have skill sets**:- Good or basic knowledge of Payments domain.- Troubleshooting/debugging C++ and Java code, SQL and Stored Procedures.- Understanding of Unix and Shell scripting, and Control-M.- Enterprise Agility and Agile Ways of WorkingYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
