**Objective**:
To provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, aiming to optimize lead management and efficiency in communications and administrative tasks related to Quick Cash Sale properties.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Management**:

- Receive and make calls to potential clients (leads) using the team's current digital platforms.
- Schedule and organize follow-up calls to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with the team and clients.
- Assign tasks and follow-ups through the internal management platform based on received communications.
- **Digital Advertising and Marketing**:

- Design and publish ads on Facebook and other digital platforms to attract new leads.
- Monitor and adjust advertising campaigns to ensure a minimum of 10 qualified leads per week.
- **Mapping and Location Tools**:

- Create and maintain updated maps for placing bandit signs using Google Maps.
- Ensure maps strategically reflect areas with the highest potential impact.
- **Support for Quick Cash Sale Team**:

- Assist team members (Hanah, Edgar, and Andres) with various operational and administrative tasks, including:

- Filing and managing contracts.
- Coordinating with utility companies to reconnect services.
- Sending contracts and communications to subcontractors and contractors.
- Requesting quotes for materials and services needed for properties on sale.

**Performance Expectations**:

- Develop and maintain an effective tracking system for all assigned tasks.
- Meet weekly lead generation and operational efficiency goals.
- Actively contribute to the team through effective communication and collaboration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service and task administration.
- Competence in using relevant digital platforms and software tools (CRM, Google Maps, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adaptively respond to changing team needs.

**Contract Duration**:
This contract has an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

**Evaluation**:
Performance will be evaluated monthly with formal reviews every quarter to discuss achievements, areas for improvement, and re-adjust objectives if necessary.

Pay: $8,570.14 - $13,712.22 per week

Work Location: Remote
