**Compensation**:
$5 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- You are expected to handle SMS & RVM campaigns to prospects using Smarter Contact
- Efficiently utilize text templates and scripts we provide
- Handle objections very well and make sure you are setting proper expectations and lead handoff to our interested clients
- Will be required to pre-qualify a lead/seller by identifying if they have a house they are interested in selling and prequalifying them by gathering basic information (Will answer inbound SMS and RVM callbacks) and warm-transferring over
- Pull data from sources, organize, and upload on other platforms for use

- Basic Knowledge of the local real estate market and excellent communication skills

- Additional requirements:_
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Extremely strong written communication skills; ability to converse via text messaging person ably and do effective lead handoff overwritten communication
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Experience with Various SMS & RVM Platforms
- Experience and Knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets
- Working Computer/Laptop and Reliable internet connection and power backup
- Working Cellphone
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
