**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene daily
- Track marketing and sales activities throughout all stages of our sales cycle
- Create and manage sales pipelines and activity reports in HubSpot
- Provide executive briefing and reporting
- Train and monitor employees on CRM best practices and general data hygiene
- Act as key partner to Sales, Finance, Account Management, and Marketing teams
- Manage vendor relationships as well as the platforms themselves (HubSpot, Seamless, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong)
- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods

Qualifications*
- Must possess impeccable Spanish and English-language written and oral skills
- Strong analytical background & problem-solving capability
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, MS office including Access and Excel
- Familiarity with databases and sales software (HubSpot, Gong, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom)
- Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA data removal requests
- 3+ years of experience with Sales Operations
- Needs to be autonomous, independent, and organized
- Bachelor’s degree required
