**Requisitos**:

- Experiência como soporte / key user SAP a nível usuario
- Afinidad con temas de TI (software y hardware)
- **Inglés avanzado** (indispensable)

**Conocimientos**:

- SAP, preferiblemente S/4HANA
- Conocimiento avanzado en los módulos MM y SD
- Integrar cambios de procesos de la empresa al ambiente SAP
- Experiência con herramientas como “help desk” o “remote support”
- Conocimientos generales en Office 365 / redes / equipos de computo

**Actividades**
- Colaboración en la introducción, el desarrollo y el soporte del ERP SAP S/4HANA
- Capacitaciones para los usuarios
- Soporte de 1er nível para SAP y TI
- Categorizar, priorizar y resolver temas que llegan por el sistema “helpdesk” con temas de SAP o IT en general
- Gestión de activos en el ambiente TI
- Colaboración en proyectos TI para incrementar la digitalización en la empresa

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes

Schedule:
