**JOB SUMMARY/ OBJECTIVE**

**Qualifications**
- 3+ Years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English, with strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**JOB FUNCTIONS/ ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES**
- Collaborate with category managers to facilitate supplier rollouts and manage vendor and stakeholder communications including QBRs and other assigned tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement department and elsewhere to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal staff and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Organize and manage project documents to maintain comprehensive and accessible records including capturing meeting notes and following up on assigned actions.
- Conduct supplier research and assist in preparing RFx documents to support sourcing initiatives. - Prioritize and balance work across multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Update and manage information in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot supplier issues, such as payment discrepancies, to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong supplier relationships.

**SKILLS**
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- etc.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and RFx documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to interpret and analyze supplier contracts and agreements.
- Experience with addressing and resolving invoicing and payment concerns.
- Willingness to learn and to be proactive while working with ambiguity
