**JOB SUMMARY/ OBJECTIVE****Qualifications**- 5+ Years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or related field- Bachelor’s degree- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English, with strong organizational abilities.- Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning skills.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**JOB FUNCTIONS/ ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES**- Collaborate with category managers to facilitate supplier rollouts and manage vendor and stakeholder communications including QBRs and other assigned tasks.- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement department and elsewhere to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal staff and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.- Organize and manage project documents to maintain comprehensive and accessible records including capturing meeting notes and following up on assigned actions.- Conduct supplier research and assist in preparing RFx documents to support sourcing initiatives. - Prioritize and balance work across multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.- Update and manage information in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Troubleshoot supplier issues, such as payment discrepancies, to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong supplier relationships.**SKILLS**- Proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint,- etc.- Familiarity with procurement processes and RFx documentation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Ability to interpret and analyze supplier contracts and agreements.- Experience with addressing and resolving invoicing and payment concerns.- Willingness to learn and to be proactive while working with ambiguity**Benefits**- Competitive base salaries- Flexible working model with hybrid (2 days in office)- Competitive Benefit Package- Work-life balance- Work place: Inurgentes Sur (MB Olivo)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
