**LEGAL & TRANSACTION COORDINATOR**

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Derecho (INDISPENSABLE)
- Experiência de 3 años como asesor jurídico (indispensable) /inmobiliario (Deseable)
- Experiência en Real State (DESEABLE)
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)

**HABILIDADES / CONOCIMIENTOS**:

- Fuertes habilidades organizativas, de pensamiento crítico y de comunicación.
- Buen conocimiento de los ecosistemas de Microsoft (Office 365), principalmente Microsoft Excel
- Poseer fuertes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con un mínimo de supervisión u orientación.
- Altamente orientado a los detalles

**ACTIVIDADES**:

- Registrar ofertas y cierres en el CRM y mantener listados actualizados
- Revisión y apoyo en la preparación y aprobación de la oferta de compra con los agentes
- Elaboración de cálculos de impuesto a la renta estimado (llene el formulario o solicite un notario) para proyectarles la ganancia a los vendedores
- Apoyo en la solicitud y revisión de costos de cierre
- Revisión y apoyo en la mejora de sistemas internos
- Supervisar y/o registrar actividades vulnerables y carpetas con documentos requeridos.
- Revisión de los contratos y documentos legales de la empresa.
- Entender y asesorar respecto a la aplicación de la nueva ley de asesores inmobiliarios en B.C.S.
- Gestión y revisión de contratos de confidencialidad, política de privacidad, etc.
- Asistir en la identificación de posibles problemas que podrían surgir cuando se vende la propiedad (nombres que no coincidan, deudas, etc.)
- Apoyo en la revisión de la documentación requerida (de propiedad/propietario)
- Asistir en la revisión de la información ingresada en la Base de la Propiedad, (que coincida con el contrato)
- Cuando sea necesario, ayudar con la coordinación de cierre.

**HORARIO Y ZONA DE TRABAJO**:

- Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 6:00 pm y sábados de 10:00 a 2:00 pm
- Zona de trabajo: San José del Cabo, BCS (carretera transpeninsular)

**OFRECEMOS**:

- $30,000 a $35,000 mensuales nominales (dependiendo experiência) + variables
- Prestaciones de ley
