**What you'll be doing**:
**Template Creation & Maintenance**:
**Visual Storytelling & Design**
- Incorporate eye-catching visuals, animations (e.g., GIFs), and brand elements to enhance user engagement and drive results.

**Brand Alignment**

**Accessibility Standards**

**Localization Support**
- Partner with Localization and QA Specialists to adapt creative assets for different regions and languages, ensuring designs resonate with global audiences.
- Adjust templates and layouts to accommodate character lengths and cultural nuances for localized content.

**Testing & Optimization**
- Collaborate with the Testing & Experimentation Lead to run A/B tests on design elements like CTA buttons, hero images, and layouts.
- Analyze performance data related to design elements (e.g., click-through rates) and iterate based on results to continuously improve engagement.

**Collaboration & Workflow Management**
- Streamline the feedback process by efficiently integrating input from stakeholders.

**Emerging Trends & Tools**

**What you bring to the role**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Canva.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
