**What you will do**
- Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside their core team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed by data;
- A practitioner of universal design principles, design with accessibility guidelines in mind, and advocate across global products and with the brand creative and business teams;
- Collaborate on the global experience design with a focus on e-commerce core experience with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, by understanding business needs and product requirements;
- Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks;
- Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, the creation of scenarios and use cases;
- Deliver effective documentation and communication of design - via clear visual presentation and detailed annotation.

**Must haves**
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, UX Design, HCI, or related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in UX, and UI design for e-commerce websites;
- An online portfolio to showcase your ability to solve complex problems is a must;
- Familiar with using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to play well and thrive in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders;
- Mastery using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Has a “no task is too small” mentality;
- Familiar with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights;
- Experience working with research, testing, and data/KPI to drive data-driven decisions;
- Familiar with building and maintaining digital design systems.

**Nice to haves**
- A clear understanding of WCAG 2.1 requirements and industry best practices around accessibility/inclusive design is a plus;
- Experience with e-commerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry (plus).
