**What you will do**- Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside their core team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed by data;- A practitioner of universal design principles, design with accessibility guidelines in mind, and advocate across global products and with the brand creative and business teams;- Collaborate on the global experience design with a focus on e-commerce core experience with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, by understanding business needs and product requirements;- Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks;- Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, the creation of scenarios and use cases;- Deliver effective documentation and communication of design - via clear visual presentation and detailed annotation.**Must haves**- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, UX Design, HCI, or related fields;- 3+ years of experience in UX, and UI design for e-commerce websites;- An online portfolio to showcase your ability to solve complex problems is a must;- Familiar with using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment;- Able to play well and thrive in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders;- Mastery using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;- Has a “no task is too small” mentality;- Familiar with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights;- Experience working with research, testing, and data/KPI to drive data-driven decisions;- Familiar with building and maintaining digital design systems.**Nice to haves**- A clear understanding of WCAG 2.1 requirements and industry best practices around accessibility/inclusive design is a plus;- Experience with e-commerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry (plus).**The benefits of joining us**- **Professional growth**Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps- **Competitive compensation**We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities- **A selection of exciting projects**Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands- **Flextime**Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office - whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
