Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP reports to support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design code test and debug complex programs in SAP ABAP.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP ABAP reports through rigorous testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP-related issues.
- Optimize existing SAP ABAP reports for better performance and efficiency.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with the Finance & Accounting teams to understand their reporting needs.
- Implement enhancements and modifications to existing SAP ABAP reports based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SAP ABAP Reports development.
- Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting domains.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in debugging and optimizing SAP ABAP code.
- Have experience with SAP development tools and methodologies.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Exhibit a customer-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting user needs.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
- Location: Guadalajara, CDMX or Monterrey
