**Play your part in our team success**

Join the team to bring Learning through Play experiences to children in Mexico and help us to use the power of play to inform, inspire and mobilize employees at work, home and in the community.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead the product donation process for Mexican NGOs and schools to reach vulnerable children.
- Support planning and execution of Local Community Engagement events and Play Day.
- Support execution of the training program for LEGO employees to become Play Agents.
- Develop, plan, and lead the execution of at least one local community engagement event in Nuevo Leon. This will include the development of an internal communications plan, employee volunteering and the alignment with key partners to ensure support.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Education: Student of Humanities, Organization Psychology, Education, or a related field starting from the 6th semester onward.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English / Spanish. Ability to collaborate and work within a team. Experience working with children. Leadership and problem solving. Attitude of service.
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office
