**If you are looking to gain valuable internship experience.**This is the opportunity to do so by joining the EHS team at The LEGO Group**Play your part in our team success**We are seeking an active student pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering, who is in their 5th year up to 1 year before graduation. This student should be eager to learn and contribute to our EHS processes.**Core Responsibilities**:- Implement organizational changes in the incident management process (training, updating procedures, validating reports with leadership, etc.).- Regularize the incident process (address pending reports, audit closed reports, validate evidence availability).- Adjust the SAP system to begin using it as the official tracking method in LOM (instead of SHP).- Conduct investigations into safety incidents and contribute to process improvements.- Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).**Do you have what it takes?**Remember to attach your CV in PDF format.- Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering, from 5th year to a maximum of 1 year before graduation.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in safety incident investigations.- Good conversational English skills.- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate and work in a team. Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
