The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $410,800 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge and skills.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**This is what you will do in This Role**:

- Performs full range of standard work for the professional field
- Ensure OTD by leading or Designing mechanical Drawings such as: Header Steel (Structural Elements) Layouts, Composites, Safety, Pneumatic, Guarding, Netting, etc.
- Ensure Quality Audits, support cross audits and revisions to peers and/or less experienced engineers deliverables.
- Solve and refers complex unusual problems to others with more seniority.
- Communicate, solve and track progress status to peers, project leads and managers. Able to remove roadblocks.
- Takes responsibility and executes improvements that impact directly productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
- Identify needs and create documents, material and/or solving problems references (trouble shooting) for less experienced engineers.
- Able to coordinate a small team of engineers in technical execution. Budget management.
- Travel on site might be required. Low but feasible opportunities to travel across a number of our customer locations in order to fulfill the work requirements. Using prescribed guidelines and policies

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor degree - Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or any other related to Mechanical Design field
- 5-8 years of successful experience in related field
- Applied knowledge of CAD software (AutoCad, SolidWorks, etc.) and Technical drawings
- Applied knowledge of Inventor software and or Structural Design.
- Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. (FEA)
