Overview
**Job Role**:Team Lead - Contract/Deal Desk Operations
**Location**:Mexico City. Zona rosa
**Experience and Technical Skills**
Prepare and Develop Documentation for tools and project processes.
- Build out project plans with clearly outlined description of tasks, personnel requirements and timelines
- Define goals, deliverables and measurable achievements for a project
- Coordinate periodic meetings with members of the project, organize updates and facilitate team collaboration
- Metrics tracking and planning
- Take ownership and measure deliverables, personnel contribution and metrics associated with assigned projects
- Monitor planned timeline and modify scope of work as necessary
- Communicate with stakeholders all necessary information before, during and after the project
- Escalate and troubleshoot issues and challenges regarding projects as they occur
- Oversee/manage a small group of Ops performance associated to the project assigned as cascaded and agreed upon with the Team Lead
- Monitoring metrics and progress of a project team’s Ops work including accuracy and time on tasks
- Prioritizing project teams work to optimize work allocation to maximize and balance the broad set of goals defined by the Team Lead
- Conduct performance reviews based on key performance metrics
- Interview/participate in the hiring process/decision making and also administer performance improvement plans/disciplinary action along with the Managers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ad-hoc or pilot projects
- Build product expertise on a large quantity of diverse products through thorough research and analysis of data from multiple channels.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven and substantiated leadership within a team
Three years overall experience in a related field
